KAŞ
Kaş is midway between Dalaman and Antalya airports on Turkey's southern Turquoise Coast. The Stella Maris Apartments are located along the 8 km long promontory that extends from the town parallel with the mainland.

The population of Kaş consist of Turks and other nationalities that have bought property or are holidaying in the town. The town remains busy throughout the year, and is not solely a tourist resort, but supports the local community and many surrounding villages.
Winter is a peaceful time here with less people but many of the restaurants, bars and shops remain open. The climate remains mild and sunny for al but January and February and even then you can still sit in a sheltered sunny spot in just a t-shirt.
A new marina will be developed soon to cater for the many yachts and gulets that visit.
As well as the local shops; butchers, fishmongers, pastry shops, bakers and supermarkets there are many shops for souvenirs such as carpets, handicrafts, jewellery, clothes, spices, ceramics, leather goods and linens.
